Due to Covid-19 our sessions are still virtual.  Please make sure you are in a quiet safe space and ready to log on to the platform on time.

Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each client, however they usually last from 45-50 minutes.  

Counseling is tailored to meet the needs of each client, however therapy typically last 3-6 months & 6-12 months.  Additionally, follow up sessions can be included.  Please understand that each client is unique and therapy is tailored 

We accept insurance from most major private insurance companies and cash paid clients

Clients are responsible for copays before each session.  If you do not have insurance or an EAP, we accept cash paid clients starting from $90 a session with sliding scales available.
